Tagging Bases by Christopher J Brice

Disclaimer: I don't typically read sports romance because I don't often understand the sport they surround. I don't understand baseball but the second this book popped up on my explore pages, I knew I had to read it.

Tagging Bases does a really good job at tackling hard subjects that often come up in gay or polyam relationships, which is something I can extremely appreciate. It was a really cute love story surrounding three guys that were finding their places in life as they come from different backgrounds. Harrison, Daniel and Charlie are one of my favorite pairings I've read this year.

However, as many of the best books do, I did feel like there were parts missing. I wish there were more dates with Harrison, Daniel and Charlie as a throuple. Maybe a throuple sex scene and less focus on a "hairy ass." They felt less like a throuple and more like two couples dating.

Overall if you want a really cute summery friends to lovers book with a double bi awakening, this is the book for you. I really enjoyed it and I thought it was the perfect way to close out pride month
